1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using thesuper7.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
2. About The Super 7

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Providing false information may result in account suspension.
- We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close accounts that breach these terms, with no obligation to provide a reason.
5. The game & predictions
The rules governing how to play, scoring, deadlines and the prize structure are set out in the Rules & T&Cs. Those rules form part of these Terms of Use.
- Predictions are final once the deadline for the relevant gameweek has passed. No changes can be made after the deadline under any circumstances.
- We reserve the right to amend fixtures, scoring rules or prize structures at any time. Where possible, material changes will be communicated before a gameweek begins.
- Our decisions on scoring, results and prize allocation are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding scoring decisions.
- Fixture data is sourced from a third-party API and may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate. We are not liable for prediction outcomes affected by data errors, but will use reasonable endeavours to correct known errors promptly.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools, bots, scripts or any non-human method to submit predictions or interact with the Site.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its infrastructure or another user’s account.
- Use the Site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or deceptive.
- Impersonate any other person, entity or organisation.
- Manipulate or attempt to manipulate the leaderboard or points system.
- Transmit any content that is defamatory, offensive, obscene, harassing or otherwise objectionable.
Breach of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of any prizes due.
7. Prizes
- The Super 7 is free to enter. No purchase is required to win any prize.
- Prize amounts and structures are provisional until confirmed at launch. We reserve the right to amend them before the first official gameweek.
- Prizes are subject to verification. We reserve the right to withhold or recover prizes where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, breach of these terms or ineligibility.
- Cash prizes will be paid by bank transfer to a verified account in the winner’s name. We may require proof of identity and/or age before releasing payment.
- Prizes not claimed within 28 days of notification may be forfeited, at our discretion.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternatives.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to the name “The Super 7”, the logo, design, graphics, copy and code — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
9. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as X). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of any linked site. Links do not constitute an endorsement.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Site for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We are not liable for losses arising from unavailability.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability

Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case the courts of your home jurisdiction will also have jurisdiction.
